DEEP GEOTHERMAL · TAINAN, TAIWAN

Harnessing deep heat for Taiwan's stable green baseload.

Geoflux Energy specializes in deep sedimentary geothermal development. With Niushan in Tainan as our flagship project, we integrate geoscience, deep-well engineering, power generation and industrial energy demand into verifiable, scalable energy infrastructure.

01 — WHO WE ARE

One validation well. A repeatable deep geothermal development capability.

Geoflux Energy is a renewable energy developer based in Tainan. We bring resource assessment, site control, deep-well engineering, risk management and commercial development into one executable pathway.

02 — FLAGSHIP PROJECT

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT VISIONConceptual rendering of a modular geothermal plant and reinjection system — not an existing facility
01

A temperature target grounded in local data

The nearby NS-27 legacy oil and gas exploration well recorded approximately 170°C at a depth of about 4,500 metres, providing a local basis for estimating deeper temperatures.

02

Exploration permit secured

In March 2026, the Niushan Project obtained a geothermal exploration permit from Taiwan's Energy Administration. Wellsite, soil and water conservation, and drilling preparations are continuing.

03

The first well is the key decision gate

Beyond temperature, the first well will test stratigraphy, effective permeability, sustainable flow, reinjection capacity and fluid characteristics to support subsequent commercial decisions.

04

A modular scale-up pathway

Generation can be expanded in stages based on first-well and completion-test results, limiting upfront capital exposure and establishing clear decision gates at each phase.

03 — DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM

Turning subsurface uncertainty into manageable stages.

  1. 01
    INDEPENDENT REVIEW

    Independent technical review

Assess data quality, key assumptions, data gaps and first-well risks. The review is a decision-support process, not a predetermined technical endorsement.

  2. 02
    EXPLORATION WELL

    First-well design and validation

Integrate well architecture, casing, drilling fluids, cementing, logging and completion testing to obtain critical subsurface evidence before larger capital deployment.

  3. 03
    COMMERCIAL MODULES

    Phased commercial development

Configure generation, reinjection and surface facilities based on validated results, then build a financeable and repeatable asset portfolio.

Stable baseload × Industrial decarbonization × Energy resilience

Renewable power that is not constrained by sunlight or wind conditions

04 — STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Seeking partners who can create validation value at the first-well stage.

Geoflux Energy is seeking strategic investors and co-development partners. Capital deployment and partnership rights can be structured around milestones including independent technical review, first-well design, drilling preparation, exploration drilling and completion testing.
